If you cannot login to Groupwise mail with your Groupwise password, please try using your Novell network password. If you are still are unable to login, call the Help Desk at 706-864-1922.

Google Student E-Mail Login
Use your regular Campus Network ID and password.

Incoming Freshmen and New Students:

Username is the first letter of first name, first letter of middle name, first 4 letters of your last name, and last 4 digits of your ngcsuID#. Example:
jamcha1187 for Judy A. McHan, ngcsuID# 9XXXX1187.
This is your Campus Network ID for e-mail and the computer labs.

The Default Password is a combination of the lowercase letter s plus the exclamation mark ! plus your birthdate in the order of DDMMYY - s!DDMMYY
Example: Judy McHan's birthdate is Feb. 1, 1986 so her default password would be: s!010286

Your e-mail address is structured like this: jamcha1187@student.ngcsu.edu

NIMS Student E-Mail Login
All student e-mail is going to the Google system (student.ngcsu.edu). NIMS will remain active for six months so you can forward your mail to Google mail.
